Holiday action weeks 2020

During the holiday season, we help our employees with childcare. After two successful years, we are again offering exciting holiday action weeks this year.

As a family-friendly company, we strive to make the working day of our employees as pleasant and carefree as possible. Many employees are forced to take holidays in the summer months, as schools and kindergartens are closed and no other childcare facilities are available. From a business point of view, as well as for the parents concerned, this can lead to organisational issues, as many employees are tied to this classic holiday period.

Of course, it is very important to us that our employees do not feel abandoned and know that their work is appreciated. Therefore, we have decided to offer childcare facilities again this year in July and August 2020. As these weeks are not only meant to relieve the parents but also to provide an exciting change for the children, this is not classic after-school care but rather a supervised action week.

During these weeks, children can playfully get to know life on a farm, learn to ride a horse, explore the forest during a summer forest week or let off steam on the football pitch and make new friends. When selecting the providers, we have made sure that the farms are located in the immediate vicinity of the company headquarters to avoid unnecessarily long journeys for the parents. Accordingly, we have selected the following four organisers in the vicinity of the company: Horse Training Center Hellmayr, Krienerhof (school on a farm), Waldkindergarten Naturkinder Gunskirchen and Ruttenstein Football Camp.

With our program, we appeal to children of different ages, between 3-15 years, but especially younger children. Since we take over responsibility for organisation and communication with the providers completely, there is no additional work for the parents. The providers offer all-round care within the program and also take care of all meals – including lunch – for the children. By starting the program earlier, parents can easily drop their children off at the chosen organiser on their way to work and then start their day.

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, the football camp will be cancelled this year. We hope that all the other action weeks can take place and we are eagerly awaiting the development of the current situation and what will hopefully be a positive decision by the organisers.
