Training opportunities

As an employee of Gartner, you will have access to a wide range of internal and external training opportunities. In order to keep you up to speed in a wide variety of IT programs and to ensure that the programs we use do not cause you any difficulties on the job, you can attend training courses on a range of IT topics at regular intervals. Furthermore, you also have the possibility of further training in the area of scheduling or languages. Foundation and advanced training courses for drivers and warehouse staff are also part of our further training program. In our fire protection and first-aider training courses, you will also learn the correct procedure for responding to industrial accidents, practical first-aid techniques, the appropriate alerting channels in an emergency as well as aids and their correct use.

Company restaurant

To ensure that your physical well-being is also taken care of, our in-house restaurant offers you a daily selection of different starters, main courses and desserts. When planning the menu, we work together with the service provider to ensure a balanced and healthy diet and a varied selection of dishes. A menu of your choice including soup or salad is available there for only 2.90 €. The remaining amount will be paid by us.

Childcare during the holidays

As a family-friendly company, it is important to us to help our employees with childcare during the holiday season. In cooperation with various external partners, we offer holiday action weeks, during which Gartner employee children can playfully experience contact with nature and animals. Especially for younger children, we offer an exciting summer forest week together with a forest kindergarten. All activities are supervised by trained educators, are coordinated within the scope of our employees’ working hours and are fully financed by the company.
